We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key connection between our customers, outside sales team, and production floor. This role is essential to delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, assisting with orders, quotes, stock levels, and general inquiries.
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring all specifications and details are correct.
- Prepare quotes and pricing based on customer needs and product specifications.
- Partner closely with the Production team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Support the Outside Sales team by providing key information, updates, and coordination.
- Track and communicate order status, lead times, and any changes to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop a strong understanding of our wood veneer products and their applications.
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes and enhance customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and basic math skills for quoting and order accuracy.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or wood products is a plus.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional additional hours based on business needs
